is my child a good fit?

whether you have speech & language concerns or not, the gab lab is fun for everyone! our classes are thoughtfully designed with developmental milestones in mind, and highlight the benefits mixed-age play.

classes are designed for babies 6 months - 3 years of age. if you are interested in class and your child falls outside of this age range please contact us to discuss further.

is my baby too young to benefit from the gab lab classes?

language development begins long before our babies utter their first word. our classes will provide your baby with meaningful interactions that will further their development of both receptive and expressive language skills by focusing on listening skills, social interactions, music and sensory play. additionally, classes will empower caregivers to create language rich environments in their own homes to maximize baby’s learning outside of class.

while it is never too early to start thinking about communication, we recommend classes for babies >6 months, as sitting independently improves the ability to take part in our signature sensory bin play.
